Is this intentional?
As far as I can tell from the code ARMv7 and ARMv6 builds should behave the same with respect to telemetry data. That is, nightly and aurora should have it on by default. Is that not the case?
Re-tested using current builds and this works for me; thinking I might have confused myself with an older build.
