Description

Add new copy to the default id /contribute page.

This is part of our 15 anniversary campaign.

I suggest the following process, feel free to suggest a different one:

1. Wait for base en-US copy changes (bug 852190)
2. Manually copy the strings into the trunk (me?). This will likely be a separate lang file.
3. Localiser syncs up and translates the strings, checks in.
4. Changes tested and once passed move to staging then production.

Thanks Pascal, I was trying to update this bug Thursday, but bugzilla gave me 501 not implemented. :(
