I understand the SR system (I think).  But I am a bit confused how it is
relevant to this bug.  Is SR approval now needed to obtain a CVS account?

Note that the LDAP code that Darshan will initially be working on is on a
separate branch and is NOT part of the Mozilla client builds today.

How do we change the LDAP C SDK project so that an OK by either Mark or I will 
be all that is needed?  As it is, only very few people have write access to our 
part of the repository.

Where is work being done, on your trunk? If so, you're free to work in whatever 
method you deem best... merging to the branch that the client uses will require 
all the same reviews as working on the client trunk, and will take much longer 
because the reviews will be so much more work.

We are currently working on the ldapcsdk_branch_50 branch which is the 
stable (sometimes unstable) development branch.  I believe dmose & leif are 
currently picking up stuff from ldapcsdk_branch_40.  When they are ready to 
start working with the 5.0 version, I imagine they will branch from the tip of 
ldapcsdk_branch_50.......or they may fold back everything back into the trunk.

In either case, our stuff will not affect moz builds.

I am pretty sure Darshan has write access (and has for some time). Marking this
