How can another bug (Bug 75599) be blocked by this bug, if it is maked
as "VERIFIED WORKSFORME"?
Bug 75599 is a "meta" bug that serves to track a set of related bugs. The
mechanism for that is to use "blocked by." It shouldn't be taken too literally.

Independent of that, if bug A is blocked by bugs B and C, then it is certainly
possible for either of bugs B or C to be fixed yet bug A might not be. "Blocked
by" is not a one-one relationship.

Me winning the lottery is blocked by (a) not having bought a lottery ticket, and
(b) the numbers on that ticket not being drawn. If I go buy a lottery ticket to
"fix" (a), that doesn't let me quit this wretched job and move to Hawaii
(unfortunately).
