853122 - Add an option for Resolved -> Support

It would be useful to have a status added for "SUPPORT" in addition to "INVALID" so that we can use it when we refer bug reporters to the support forum. This is partly in order to be more polite to new contributors, and partly to help us track what types of information are coming to us through Bugzilla and where we are routing them.
