853420 - [lockscreen][camera] Camera does not work from lockscreen with passcode

When loading the camera app from the lockscreen with a passcode enabled the Camera app does work.

The camera app loads but the toolbar does not initialize and it is inactive/unusable.

Tested with:
Device: Unagi
Build Id: 20130320230201 v1-train
Platform: 18.0


STR:
1. Load settings app, set a passcode
2. Lock the screen
3. Unlock and tap Camera icon to load the Camera

I can reproduce it in v1.0.1 with Gecko eee6365 and Gaia-633e14d. Please note that this does not occur when there is no passcode for the lockscreen.

Not sure about the webapp-optimize.js change, but the camera/index.html change landed a few weeks ago with https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/8662
