When in page with frames, both "&View Page Source" and "&View Frame Source" are
assigned to the V key, and "V&iew Page Info" and "V&iew Frame Info" are assigned
to the I key.
The mnemonics are identical, and when pressing one of the keys, the browser
assumes the first option was selected, therefore creates a problem.

Summary: Identical mnemonics for "View Source" and "View Info" → Identical mnemonics for "View Source" and "View Frame Source"; "View Info" and "View Frame Info"
Fix is easy enough, all we have to do is make it not automatically launch either
one, the user can choose one with the arrow keys or something easily enough.
