Details

Single click on a bookmark in the bookmark manager should open the bookmark URL
in a new window.  This enhancement is one of several enhancements aimed at
making bookmarks behave more like links (bug # forthcomiming...chicken and egg).
 This enhancement goes hand in hand with another enhancement to decorate
bookmarks like links (bug 85367).  It also makes the bookmark manager consistent
with the bookmark sidebar which opens bookmarks with a single click.

organization system.
