Settings App, images/icons_sprite.gif is not a transparent background gif
Do we have new visuals where this matters? Because it has a 200ms startup time cost, so we better have a good reason to change this :)
I reuse the picture for displaying bluetooth icon on pairing request pop-up window (which is in dark background), so I need the background be transparent.
its been separated to several sprites and they are transparent now
