DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
Moozilla web browser can't display or download the content of a hotmail site.
it just display a web page in blank, should display the page content.
see image attached for a graphic description of this issue.

I able to reproduce a similar issue.
Check the video attachment.
Hotmail's Sign in page is blank, When scrolling the page an image is appeared. After logged in, the page is blinking or a blank while scrolling, see the video to better understand the problem
