Steps to reproduce:

1. Bookmark a website, and add tags to the bookmark during bookmark creation.
2. Edit the bookmark, changing the URL. Save the bookmark.
3. Reopen the bookmark and see that the previously-applied tags are missing.


Actual results:

The tags were automatically (erroneously) removed from the bookmark.


Expected results:

The tags should have been retained in the bookmark.
