Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130313070202
2) From home screen go to "Settings" and change a language to Spanish
3) Go to "Improve Firefox OS" under "Device menu"
4) Click on "Learn More" under "Performance data" category.

Expected:
The "Learn More" link directs to Spanish Wiki page

Actual:
The "Learn More" link directs to English Wiki page
