The usb-* BOPM bots aren't started for some reason, so they can't kill off the huge botnets that are attacking IRC right now. Please start them on all IRC servers. Also, would be great if there were some puppet checks that ensured they were always running... Thanks!

reed got a new bopm config file worked out and I installed the new config on gravel and concrete. I did have to remove the scan.log file because bopm can't start if the logfile is 2.1GB. So far so good.
confirmed with reed via IRC, these bot are running smoothly and are working as expected. I did open a bug to puppetize the bopm bot.
