When open an email which contains nested RFC822 mail attachment (usually email
with attachment forwarded using Pine), mozilla show empty mail window with no
mail header pane and empty content.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla Mail and double click on email with RFC822 attachment


Actual Results:  Empty mail window opened (no mail header pane, no content)

Expected Results:  Mail window displayed with header pane, showing mail content
and attachment of type RFC822 or the nested mail content and attachment should
be flattened and displayed.

Selecting 'View Message Source' from the empty mail windows (which was opened by
opening message with RFC822 attachment) also cause mozilla to crash.
