Confirmed Win2K 2001061120-trunk
oddly enough, it works correctly the first time, but not afterwards.
I think what is happening is that once the image has loaded, a mouseover does
not reload it, thereby not triggering the loop again.
Found a site that demonstrates nicely:

should change summary to note single loop GIF..
this may not belong in ImageLib component either.
