The alignment of the privacy dropdown lists on /user/edit/#account are not consistent with /user/edit/#1.
They should be vertically aligned.
Steps to reproduce:

Actual:
The privacy dropdown selections on /user/edit/#account aren't vertically oriented
Suggested:
The privacy dropdown lists are vertically aligned

Agreed that all dropdowns with the same functionality should be vertically aligned, but the two dropdowns on this screen have different functionality. The current alignment helps make that distinction a little clearer.
