Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the apps queue page in Reviewer Tools https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/ 2. Click on a listed app. 3. Click the "Free" button to install the app. Expected results: App installation is started. Actual results: Nothing happens. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF22 (Win 7).
