855023 - Add field name to display of privacy settings in admin panel

When viewing a user in the admin panel (ex: https://mozillians.allizom.org/admin/auth/user/2431/), the privacy settings section does not include any field names: It's just a bunch of dropdowns.

Let's add fieldnames to that section.
