Steps to reproduce:

I browsed and scroll down the pages. 


Actual results:

a patch appears in the browser window, hiding the page content.


Expected results:

No such patch should have appeared.

Hi,

Yes. The problem appears with Firefox in safe mode as well.
I believe I am seeing this only in 19.0.2.

The URLs are :

highscalability.com
slideshare.net

Please find the attached images showing the patch. The color of the patch is mostly determined by the theme. I am using Noia4 Theme for which the color of the patch was previouly greenish. In safe mode its cyan.
