User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130307023931 Steps to reproduce: I browsed and scroll down the pages. Actual results: a patch appears in the browser window, hiding the page content. Expected results: No such patch should have appeared. Please see attached screen-shots.

Hi, Yes. The problem appears with Firefox in safe mode as well. I believe I am seeing this only in 19.0.2. The URLs are : highscalability.com slideshare.net Please find the attached images showing the patch. The color of the patch is mostly determined by the theme. I am using Noia4 Theme for which the color of the patch was previouly greenish. In safe mode its cyan.

Cannot reproduce on FF 19.0.2 Win 7 x64. Please try on a new profile: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
On a new profile, the said issues are not seen. Thanks Much!
