Steps to reproduce:
open a new tab
Actual results:
the tabs continuously open on the right of all existing tabs instead of opening on the right of the tab I am using. altering the tab management has no effect.
Expected results:
updated version has a bug with it

browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent is true by default in 2013-04-01-03-08-17-mozilla-central-firefox-22.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64; toggling it works for me as expected.

That is, middle-clicking a link opens a new tab next to the current one. I am not sure what the report is about.
