User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0
Build ID: 20130307074601

Steps to reproduce:

A client complained that when I switched her to Firefox that when she pasted links in AOL's mail that they were not being automatically linked.

Actual results:

When she pasted the text URL in the rich editor/AOL mail when using Firefox the browser did NOT "link" the text for her. She has to manually use the create-a-link button to do this.

Expected results:

Firefox should detect URLs (either prefixed as http:// or www) and link them (always with the http:// protocol unless it's explicitly a different protocol (e.g. ftp://).
In which client's previous browser did this work?
Severity: normal → enhancement
She uses Windows 7 and was previously using IE10.
