From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.17-21mdk i686; en-US; rv:0.9.1)
BuildID: 2001060713

when i access the page everything looks just fine, but when the page has
finished loading and i start scrolling down the right frame (the one that
contains the headlines and news), the whole content besides the ads slips down
to the very bottom of the page and i have to scroll down to "catch" it again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to url
2.say no to flash-plugin (i don't like flash and i don't use it with netscape
3.wait until the page has finished loading
4.start scrolling with the mousewheel

Actual Results: content of right frame slips to the bottom of the page -->
isn't displayed correctly --> i have to scroll down to see the stuff, i should
see without doing so --> everything looks fine down there, but it's in the
bottom of the page...

Expected Results: display the right frame like the other frames on that page in
the right place without the need to scroll down

page uses frames and javascript (and shockwave if i let it...)

netscape displays the site just fine (as does msie)

As R.K.Aa mentions there, this is similar to bug 72806.
So this is probably a problem in the HTML again.

This looks to me also like it's fixed. I don't see any problems with the page
using Linux build 2001092906. Can someone verify?
