Description:
A user with their device language set to Portuguese will see the Confirm New PIN title in the Enter PUK Code page of SIM Security rendered in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130327070203
2) Select Settings, then Language, then change the language to Portugues (do Brasil).
3) Restart the device.
4) Select Settings then Segurança do chip SIM.
5) Tap the PIN do chip SIM switch and enter incorrect PINs until the PUK screen appears.
6) Observe the text above the bottom text box.

Actual:
The Confirm New PIN text is rendered in English.

Expected:
The Confirm New PIN text is rendered in Portuguese. (eg Confirme Novo PIN)

The bug this one was duped to is in a different language, however both bugs are verified fixed.  Verifying as duplicate.
