Steps to reproduce:
Hello
We are generating PDF tickets within our website, integrating a bar code and background images.
While that tickets are correctly rendered within Adobe Acrobat, they are unusable with Firefox and pdf.js.

Actual results:
Image are resolution is very poor.
Expected results:

I think it's fixed on Nightly (Firefox 22) with the latest pdf.js, see my attached screenshot.
Could you download the latest Nightly (http://nightly.mozilla.org/) and confirm it's fixed on your side, please.

The pdf looks fine in Nightly but seems to also be causing crashes on OSX.
