Description:
When the user transfers a file through bluetooth, notifications are received on both devices. User sees the overlapped notification message on the drop down. This happens, when the language is set to Spanish/Portuguese.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130322070203
2) Enable bluetooth 
3) Pair with another device
4) Transfer a image from gallery
5) Slide the notification tray to see the confirmation message

Actual:
Strings overlapping on the notification
Expected:
Strings are not overlapping on the notification
