I cannot reproduce. Wondering if the team has any ideas...
I think we sorted this out in IRC: clouserw had Ghostery, a privacy addon, enabled. That blocked the 3rd-party Google AJAX search API we currently use. There's no fix for this, beyond implementing our own in-house search engine, a task currently in progress.
