The homepage is really ugly while it loads. To reproduce, start a session on a page that's not the homepage, then navigate back to the homepage while you have a latency set in Flue (or while you're using Chimney). You'll notice it's very empty and awful.

We should add loading throbbers and also set a (reasonable) min-height for the featured apps area to prevent the scroll bar from disappearing, if possible.
