856278 - Vouched mozillians should not appear as rep attendees

When a vouched mozillian is clicking on "Attend event" button in event page, she should not be listed as Rep attendee in view_event.html , and there should not be an <a> tag in her listing panel.

Should be replaced with "Attendee" and remove the <a> (and cursor:pointer)

I tested this on staging, and my non-Rep vouched mozillian account is marked as a Rep Attendee. [Unless the fact that it's on the list of emails for a Persona account of a Rep makes them a Rep?]
