Actual results:

Authentication Window apperared
After clicking on Localizing Help Files - http://screencloud.net/v/j8Fm
After clicking the cancel button -http://screencloud.net/v/fiy6



Expected results:

There should be no authentication

This needs to be taken up with the babelzilla owners. Perhaps Tim or Goofy would know what to do?

1. it deals with localizing html files within (xul-based) extensions
2. if people want to localize html file within web applications, it is better to use webl10n lib by Fabien Cazenave https://github.com/fabi1cazenave/webL10n
