Steps to reproduce:

I wanted to change the default Options of "print to file", so I went to about:config to check its defaults.


Actual results:

I saw the about:config default options of "print to file" are not applied unless all other printers have the same option. That is, unless "print_bgcolor" is "true" in all my printers, it doesnt turn true in the default "print to a file". This happens with all options, e.g.:
printer_XXXX.print_to_filename
printer_XXXX.print_footerleft
printer_XXXX.print_headerright
printer_XXXX.print_bgcolor
printer_XXXX.print_bgimages

Expected results:

It should be enough to configure the "print to a file", without being affected by the options of the other printers.
