hubear, can you please explain what you mean? We don't replace parts for the r3 minis.

"Hardware unavailable to power on" I meant that, the system had problems turning on, it sometimes wouldn't power on. It might have a possible hardware issue.
Can you please try a PRAM reset on this machine? If the problem persists, it's almost definitely a logic board issue.
Disk utility did not detect any errors with the hard drive. Will perform memory test next.

Turns out that the hard drive is bad. Replacing drive and then reimage.
talos-r3-xp-015 is currently being reimaged.
Tracklist failed on the first reimage. Going to reimage it again.
Tasklist failed on second reimage. Going to reimage again.
Reimaging for the 3rd time.
Tasklist failed for the 3rd reimage. Going to reimage again.
Tasklist failed for the fourth reimage. Going to reimage again.
Tasklist failed for the 5th reimage. Going to reimage again.
Tasklist failed for the 6th reimage. Going to reimage again.
Tasklist failed for the 7th reimage. Going to reimage again.
Tasklist failed for the 8th reimage. Going to reimage again.
Reimaging now 9th reimage.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
