The default startup time should be "AVERAGE" (plotting the median startup time for given day). x-axis should be minimum of 14 days from current date, maximum of 90 days (dynamic scale). "ALL" should show all the startup times for a given day -- that's the zoom-in view -- where a user should be able to look all their data points. Since Bug 856203 and Bug 856314 both related to the same figure can we have some sort of block. Not sure what should block what. In summary Bug 856203: Not units for Y-axis Bug 856314: No labels for the X-axis for the "ALL" figure.

Providing initial triage, but I am not the final say. In comment #0, this bug specifically talks about the Average visualization being default. I believe that should be done and should block beta. Set a low priority because I believe there are higher priority blockers, but I think this should also be a very quick tweak.
