856915 - No prompt indicating Firefox Metro running in background when uninstalling

When uninstalling Firefox on the target machine and Firefox Metro is running in the background, the uninstall wizard will continue and then ask the user to reboot the machine. I think it should behave the same when attempting to remove the Desktop Firefox and warn the user to close the Firefox Metro instance before continuing.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open the Desktop Firefox and proceed to uninstall it from the "Control Panel". You will receive a warning message stating that there's a Firefox instance opened.
2) Cancel the above uninstall and close Firefox Desktop
3) Open Firefox Metro and return to the Desktop
4) Go to the "Remove Programs" in the "Control Panel" and remove Firefox (You will notice that you will not receive a prompt message and then you will need to reboot)

Current Behavior:

- Removing Firefox while there's a Firefox Metro instance in the background will require a reboot and makes it harder on the end users

Expected Behavior:

- Warn the user if there's a Firefox Metro instance running in the background the same way Desktop Firefox does.
