regxpcom seems to be caught in an infinite loop if you run it from the command
line.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. from a command line type:

./regxpcom <your component here>

Actual Results: Registration failed: (80040154) components/libjavaplugin_oji.so

is repeated infinitly (in this case the .so does not actually exists, but if it
did it would report success infinitly)

Expected Results: a single report and then an exit
Hey Steven! should have mentioned this in the newsgroup, forgot I had a fix.
