Trying to use the device normally, we are having problems with the 3G connection.
Sometimes we can not activate it and other times it is on, but we have no connection

The bug is not reproducible 100% error is reproduced randomly.

* Procedure
1. Flash the device
2. Pass the FTE
3. Enable wifi (not connect to any network)
4. Enable 3G
5. Open the browser and try to open a web page.

* Expected Outcome
The user can open the web page

* Actual Result
The user has no internet connection, but in the notification bar the user is indicated that has 3G connection.

Attached the traces that appear to do a "check for updates" and a capture the error that displays the browser when trying to open a website.

I tried several times and the bug is not reproduced in "V1-train"

Reopening as bug was reported on v1.0.1, so the issue may still reproduce there.

I have attached two log files.

Log.txt: In this test try to open a web page in the browser
Log2.txt: In this test try to find updates
Well the issue is because the uplift of bug 817945. `addHostRoute` function is failing because `ril.mms.mmsproxy` pref is not found.

I/Gecko ( 108): -*- RadioInterfaceLayer: callback handler for dataCallStateChanged threw an exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED) [nsIPrefBranch.getCharPref]" nsresult: "0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED)" location: "JS frame :: jar:file:///system/b2g/omni.ja!/components/NetworkManager.js :: addHostRoute :: line 470" data: no]

We should backout it or uplift bug 777251.

> Bug 817945 backed out. Please confirm that this is fixed on v1.0.1.

Thanks Ryan! I've confirmed everything works now but I'll let Rafa to confirm that everything's OK after backing out bug 817945. I guess that will be tomorrow once the build is generated by our build environment at TEF.
OK, I kicked off new nightlies off the backout push too.
