Prerequsites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0
Steps ro reproduce:
1.Go to MP-dev and login as an admin
2.Open Reviewer tools and from "Queues" drop down menu select "Themes"
3.Open any theme from the list by clicking on the theme title
Expected results:
No UI issues for detailed theme review page
Actual results:
There is an useless empty space under the title of the page
