857306 - drop CentOS-6.3 repositories from PuppetAgain mirrors

We mirrored CentOS-6.3 a long time ago in hopes we could upgrade to it (bug 773769).  CentOS 6.4 is out now, and likely more point releases will occur before we upgrade, so there's no sense in keeping 6.3 around.

I'll verify that nothing in production is pointing to the 6.3 repositories, first.

Note to self: remove it from PXE, too.

Likewise, the repos installed by packages::setup point to repos/yum/mirrors/centos/6/latest, which points to 2012-03-07 (6.2).

So we're good to remove the newer mirror.  I'm going to start by renaming it on all of the masters, for ease of reverting if something comes up.

Catlee and I disabled sync temporarily and ran:
  mv /data/repos/yum/mirrors/centos/6/{2012-09-06,TO_DELETE}
on all AWS and moco masters as well as sea-puppet.

We'll delete tomorrow, assuming nothing's exploded in the interim.  Rail, I'll ask for your help with that tomorrow.
