Details

Is there any mechanism for voicemail service for the phone while roaming? Telefonica needed that numbers for android phone. Voice Mail Center 123 Voice Mail Center in Roaming +34609123123 Is it supportable or not?

Not a DOM:Apps bug. This sounds like Dialer bug.

Is there any update? Is Roaming VMS support or not?
Vicamo, what would be required to support this? My understanding is that we pull the VM number from the SIM, unless it is not available, in which case we do a look up from the settings database. Looking at the XML file in the database, it looks like we only have a single voice mail number at the moment, so we'd need to add in a roaming version.

Like what you've said, the only way we may know the voicemail center number is from (U)SIM, and it has no information about the number to be used during roaming. Adding another field to that XML sounds like a easy solution for me.

If your capacity allows, do you think this is something that you could get into koi? I assume that you would need to get roaming voicemail numbers to prepopulate the database. Is this information available somewhere or should we collect this from the partners? Also, I assume your implementation would cover both updating the database with the roaming voicemail number and the dialer to use the roaming number when the device is roaming. Feel free to file separate bugs if these are completely separate tasks.
