Steps to reproduce:

Click the Downloads button on the Navigation Toolbar, click 'Show All Downloads'


Actual results:

Icons for EXE file types are displayed as the generic icon 


Expected results:

Icons should be displayed as the file icon

It's not even showing the icon in the download-panel anymore:
