I found these machines idle and when I connected with VNC I noticed that they weren't already logged. Armen said I should file an IT bug about this.
Adding Q and arr to determine if this is something that DCOps can take on or not (since I don't know how GPO knowledge has been spread around).

Machine t-w864-ix-020 needs futher investigatiom. Has it ever picked up a job?

t-w864-ix-027 was logged in and the configs / gpos look right. For some reason it was at the "metro" screen. It looks like someone was doing metro testing with it.
t-w864-ix-020 looks good now. I am still looking into root cause but it looks like the cltbld password was changed at some point.
