about:robots should be available for mobile too..
Why?
the same reason as it is for desktop.. 
bug was entered for consistency with desktop..
Because it's super useful !
Much as I love whimsy, shipping and localizing extra strings, and base64-encoded favicons, is disrespectful of users' mobile bandwidth -- they need to download and store all of this stuff every time they download our APK.

This is a great candidate to lift out into an add-on, or to ship on the web… but this bug as-is is a WONTFIX.
