Description:
While user in Portuguese is performing First Time Setup on Network, the Header "Select a network" will be cut-off. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to v1.1 Unagi Build ID: 20130403070204
2) Enter First time user setup via device reset or flash
3) Select Language: Portuguese and press Next.
4) Enable Data and press Next.

Actual:
Select netw... is cut-off.

Expected:
"Select network" is not cut-off.

I think this is a v1.1 bug that does not seem to occur in v1.0.1. Can you please re-test in v1.0.1 and re-nominate if it also happens in that version?

Verified it's fixed on Leo V.1.1 COM RIL,
The Wi-Fi header text is changed and no longer truncated
