STR:

1) Create a bookmarks folder that has only one item in it.

ER: Observe "1 Item" (singular) text in Location column.

AR: Observe "1 Items" (plural) text in Location column.

I'd also argue that "Item(s)" shouldn't be capped there, but we definitely ought to look into fixing the number-match problem.
