User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0 Build ID: 20130401192816 Steps to reproduce: open any web site, try to use the wheel on the mouse to scroll anywhere but close or on the scroll bar. Actual results: The page does not scroll. Expected results: It should have scrolled.
Sorry, but this seems to only happen in Yahoo mail.
Sorry again, this seems to happen in many websites but not all.

I found out when I deleted the "smoothwheel" add-on the problem was corrected. Thanks; Masoud
