To help Philipp self-serve his Thunderbird/Calendar staging requests, catlee and I decided it would be a good idea for him to have his own staging account on dev-master01 and staging master entry in slavealloc.
Account created, master entry added to slavealloc.

catlee: can you let me know whether staging signing credentials should be copied in?
