It's great that we can shift+select multiple events on the timeline. 

Let's bring this functionality to the stage. Very useful when positioning several events on the on the stage at the same time, especially when you want to move them together as a block while maintaining the relative position they have with each other.

I'm not too keen on doing another multi drag n drop implementation right now, it was a lot of work.

However, allowing multi select has other advantages, and if I can boil down the track event drag n drop to work in the stage too, it might be easier. Worth looking into and nice to have if reasonable.

I don't think this is worth the work it would take right now.
