Following Bug 850442 it should be possible to call the methods in the nsIDOMGeoGeolocation interface passing the WebIDL options dictionary PositionOptions rather than the old GeoPositionOptions struct, which was kept for compatibility with C++ code that calls the API.
This was fixed in bug 909768.
