## Repro :
1. go to settings
2. go to display
3. unselect adjust automatically
4. look at the icon
## Expected :
half moon for darkness, sun for brightness

## Actual :
two suns.  one empty one full

## Note :
In Bug 808250 (  In Display settings, the icons for brightness slider seem flipped to people), that had landed in v1 train.  Since there were some issue, some of it was backed out, and the icons had been reverted for whatever reason.
