When downloading a file finish, the file don't reach the desired folder

On Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.1+) Gecko/20010613 in Windows98
SE, when i download a file trought http, when the download finish the file is
saved to /tmp instead of the selected folder.
Seems that the file isn't moved from tmp to the selection.

Have you got a url that demonstrates the problem?
I know I've seen this working.

For example happened to my getting:
http://www.xchat.org/files/binary/win32/xchat-1.7.7.zip
Clicked on the server listing, not pasted the url.
note: I selected save on disk.

Another note, it only happend with http, with ftp://ftpserver works well.
http download works fine (right dir, right name) on linux build 2001061308.

Downloading the file using, right click save link as... Work as expected on:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.1+) Gecko/20010614
WFM 2001061304 Win32
