858816 - disable remote installation support on Aurora

Because bug 836452 isn't ready, and bug 786133 hasn't had a security review, we need to disable this feature on Aurora.

I do have this pref'd off in the patch for aurora in bug 858704.  I can separate it out if that is necessary.

In the future, it would be better to track these kind of changes separately (i.e. land in separate changesets, specifically covering the intended change, etc.) rather than "rolling them up".

I think this should be set to disabled since the patch disables functionality.

Shane, do you have a demo somewhere we can use to confirm this functionality is disabled in Firefox 22?

This bug's summary is "disable X", so it's status is fixed when we've done that. The bug for X (bug 786133)'s status should be set to "disabled".

Thanks Shane, I confirm that remote install is not available in Firefox 22.0b5.
